REQUEST A CONSULTATION WITH THE SRW BORDER TEAM
Consultation Services Provided:
Our consultation process includes two (2) services. The first service involves our review of your immigration history, criminal history (if applicable), and short-term / long-term goals and objectives. The second service involves a conversation with you where we discuss your case in further detail and provide you with our legal analysis and describe any available options.
Teleconference / In-person Consultation:
Our clients have the option to schedule a consultation in-office or via teleconference. Because U.S. Immigration Law is a federal practice, the attorneys at Serotte Reich Wilson can assist clients across the country and around the world.
In-person consultations at our Buffalo, New York office are also available and may be practical for individuals who live in the Western New York / Ontario area, or for those who are willing to travel.
Our fee for a basic consultation is $180. The fee for a consultation involving a waiver, a prior denial (visa or waiver), and/or any previous immigration or criminal law violation is $300. Consultation fees must be paid in advance of the consultation. There is no time limit for the consultation. There are no additional charges for related, follow-up questions after the consultation. If you decide to retain our firm within 48 hours of the consultation, the consultation fee may be credited toward your legal bill.
Please note that because of the pure complexity and particular circumstances of some cases, our firm does charge case research/investigation fees to file FOIA Requests, review the client's complete immigration history (and criminal history) to determine the best case strategy, reach out to agencies for feedback on their cases (such as USCIS or USCBP), etc. Additionally, the initial consultation does not include the preparation of any immigration documents, contact with immigration officials or accompanying clients to the border for a controlled admission. A detailed fee quote for any additional services after the initial consultation is provided after the consultation process.
