Fraud or Willful Misrepresentations—INA § 212(a)(6)(C)
An individual is inadmissible and removable if he or she:
- Seeks to acquire a visa, other documentation, admission to the U.S., or other immigration benefit;
- By fraud or willful misrepresentation;
- Of a material fact.
